Our multi-disciplinary design teams are responsible for building the practice of Human-Centered Design at Eaton. Most designers at Eaton function as internal consultants, collaborating with teams around the world. Every day at Eaton, designers help both functional teams (HR, Supply Chain, IT, etc.) and product development teams solve problems for users through modernized services, hardware, and software solutions.

Design Thinking Strategists teach a set of principles, processes, and methods that empower Eaton employees to embrace a human-centered way of working.

User Experience Designers provide direct design support for digital experiences in partnership with Eaton product development teams.

Industrial Designers contribute directly to Human-Centered Design support on physical product and manufacturing development projects, partnering with Eaton's business unit teams.
